Since some days, users using outlook with zimbra connector have problems of sending empty mail. The content seems to be lost while sending to zimbra, and the saved mail in sent directory is empty too.
It don't seem to be all mail, but quiet a lot. The problem is that the content is really lost, even viewing the mail in editor. No problem using directly webmail.
It began maybe 15 days ago with one user, then one week ago for a second one, one yesterday and one today.
I found nothing for now in zimbra log. Zimbra Connector has an update recently?
The solution I found was to create a new Outlook profile and reconfigure it. It worked till now, but as I have 60 users, it will not be possible to do this for each, and some have many mail box configured.
Do other people meet this problem? What can I do ?
